Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In the event of high order volume or shipping delays outside our control, we’ll notify you by email.

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping
SOM offers FREE Standard Shipping in the U.S. every day on orders $200.00 or more (During clearance events there may be changes to our shipping policy) . All orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update it before shipment.
